Bomber LD USA Inc. is committed to delivering premium athletic apparel and a high-quality customer experience. If a product does not meet your expectations, eligible items may be returned in accordance with the terms below.

Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided that:
• Items are unworn, unwashed, and unused
• All original tags remain attached
• Items are returned in original condition and packaging
• A valid order number or proof of purchase is provided.
Bomber LD USA Inc. reserves the right to refuse, reject, or limit returns that do not meet these requirements.
Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, alteration, odor, or excessive handling may be denied and returned to the customer at their expense.
No Exchanges
Bomber LD USA Inc. does not offer direct exchanges.
If you require a different size, color, or product, you must place a new order through bomberld.com.
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method in accordance with this policy.
This model ensures faster delivery and accurate inventory availability.
Free Returns for Members (Contiguous United States Only)
Customers enrolled in the Bomber LD Membership Program receive:
• Free return shipping within the contiguous United States only
• Priority return processing
• Access to a streamlined digital return portal
Free return shipping for members applies only to orders shipped to addresses within the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses).
Membership must be active at the time the return is initiated.
For non-members, or for shipments outside the contiguous United States, return shipping costs may apply and may be deducted from the refund amount.
Return Window
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Returns requested outside this period may be:
• refused, or
• issued as store credit at Bomber LD USA Inc.’s sole discretion
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return, unless defective:
• Items marked Final Sale
• Gift cards
• Promotional or giveaway items
• Items returned without original tags
• Items showing signs of wear or use
Bomber LD USA Inc. reserves the right to designate certain products as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify Bomber LD USA Inc. within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide:

• Description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging
If verified, Bomber LD USA Inc. will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include:
• Replacement
• Refund
• Store credit
Bomber LD USA Inc. reserves the right to determine the appropriate remedy.
Refund Processing
All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.
If approved:
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Processing occurs within 3–5 business days after inspection
Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by law or when the return results from an error by Bomber LD USA Inc.
Return Shipping
Members (Contiguous U.S. Only)
Return shipping is free when using the official Bomber LD return portal and the order was shipped within the contiguous United States.
Non-Members & Non-Contiguous U.S.
Return shipping costs may apply and may be deducted from the refund amount.
Customers are responsible for ensuring items are securely packaged for return.
Bomber LD USA Inc. is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit when the official return label is not used.
International Returns
For orders shipped outside the United States:
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable
Customers must ensure returns are properly declared and shipped in compliance with applicable customs requirements.
Bomber LD USA Inc. is not responsible for:
• Customs delays
• Lost international return shipments
• Additional duties or brokerage fees incurred during return transit
Returns from international locations may be refused if not properly processed or declared.
Geographic Limitations
This policy applies to orders shipped within the United States.
Shipping and return support may be limited or unavailable for:
• Alaska
• Hawaii
• U.S. territories
• APO/FPO addresses
Bomber LD USA Inc. reserves the right to restrict or refuse returns originating from unsupported regions.
Return Abuse & Fraud Prevention
Bomber LD USA Inc. monitors return activity to prevent:
• Return abuse
• Fraudulent behavior
• “Wardrobing” (temporary use prior to return)
We reserve the right to:
• refuse returns
• limit return privileges
• require store credit instead of refunds
• suspend or terminate accounts
where excessive or suspicious behavior is identified.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact Bomber LD USA Inc. prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
If a dispute is initiated:
• Bomber LD USA Inc. reserves the right to contest the dispute using order records, delivery confirmation, and this policy
• Accounts associated with abusive or fraudulent chargebacks may be restricted or permanently banned
