This Returns & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through bomberld.com and bomberld.ca.
By placing an order with Bomber LD Inc., customers acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are satisfied:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
• All original tags must remain attached
• Items must be returned in original condition and packaging
• The return must include valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Bomber LD Inc. reserves the right to deny, refuse, or limit returns that do not meet these requirements.
Returned items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, alteration, or excessive handling may be rejected and returned at the customer’s expense.
No Exchanges
Bomber LD Inc. does not offer direct product exchanges.
Customers seeking a different size, color, or product are encouraged to place a new order immediately to ensure product availability.
Once a returned item is received and approved, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment in accordance with this policy.
Free Returns for Members
Customers enrolled in the Bomber LD Membership Program and who are located in the contiguous United States or Canada (excluding territories or Quebec), are eligible for free return shipping on qualifying returns.
Member return benefits include:
• Free prepaid return shipping labels
• Priority return processing
• Streamlined digital return portal access
Membership status must be active at the time the return is initiated.
For customers who are not members, return shipping costs may apply and may be deducted from the refund amount.
Return Initiation Window
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Returns initiated after this period may be:
• refused, or
• issued as store credit at Bomber LD Inc.’s sole discretion
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless defective or incorrect:
• Final sale items
• Gift cards
• Promotional giveaway products
• Items marked “Final Sale” at checkout
• Items returned without original tags
• Items showing visible signs of use
Bomber LD Inc. reserves the right to designate certain products as non-returnable at the time of sale.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must notify Bomber LD Inc. within 7 days of delivery.
Customers may be required to provide:

• Photographs of the product and packaging
If the issue is verified, Bomber LD Inc. will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include:

• Store credit
• Product replacement
Bomber LD Inc. reserves the right to determine the appropriate remedy.
Refund Processing

If approved:

• Processing typically occurs within 3–5 business days after inspection
Depending on the financial institution, it may take 5–10 additional business days for the refund to appear.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to an error by Bomber LD Inc.

Members
Eligible members in the contiguous United States or Canada (excluding territories or Quebec) receive free return shipping when using the Bomber LD return portal.
Non-Members
Return shipping costs may apply and may be deducted from the refund amount.
Customers must ensure items are securely packaged for transit.
Bomber LD Inc. is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit when a return label provided through the official return portal is not used.
International Returns
For orders shipped outside the contiguous United States or Canada:
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
• Duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable
Return Abuse & Wardrobing Prevention
Bomber LD Inc. monitors return activity to protect against return abuse, fraud, and “wardrobing” (purchasing items for temporary use before returning them).
In cases of excessive returns, suspicious activity, or policy abuse, Bomber LD Inc. reserves the right to:
• refuse returns
• limit return privileges
• require store credit instead of refunds
• suspend accounts
• cancel future orders
These protections help ensure fair access to return promotions for all customers.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact Bomber LD Inc. Customer Experience before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
If a chargeback is initiated for an order that is eligible for return under this policy:
• Bomber LD Inc. reserves the right to contest the dispute with the payment processor
• Order documentation, delivery confirmation, and this policy may be used as evidence
Accounts associated with fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be restricted or permanently banned.
