Shipping Eligibility
Bomber LD USA Inc. ships orders placed on bomberld.com to customers located within the contiguous United States and select international destinations, excluding Canada.
Customers located in Canada must place orders through bomberld.ca.
Bomber LD USA Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit, refuse, or cancel shipments to any destination based on operational, legal, compliance, or risk considerations.
Free Standard Shipping (U.S. Only)
Free standard ground shipping is available on qualifying orders:
• Threshold: Orders over $150 USD (pre-tax and after discounts)
• Eligibility: Shipping addresses within the contiguous United States only
• Method: Standard ground shipping (carrier selected by Bomber LD USA Inc.)
Orders that do not meet the minimum threshold, or that fall outside eligible regions, will incur shipping charges calculated at checkout.
International Shipping
Bomber LD USA Inc. offers shipping to select international destinations outside the United States, excluding Canada.
International shipping availability, rates, carriers, and delivery timelines are determined at checkout and may vary by destination.
Bomber LD USA Inc. does not guarantee shipment availability to all countries and may add, remove, or restrict eligible destinations at any time without notice.
Duties, Taxes, and Import Charges
International shipments may be subject to:

• Customs fees
• Value-added taxes (VAT)
• Goods and services taxes (GST) or similar
• Other local taxes, tariffs, or regulatory charges

Customer Responsibility:

Failure to pay such charges may result in:

• Additional carrier or brokerage fees

Customs Clearance & Compliance
International orders are subject to customs inspection and clearance procedures.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to:
• Comply with all applicable import laws and regulations
• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information for customs declarations
• Accept all risks associated with cross-border shipments
Bomber LD USA Inc. is not liable for delays, holds, refusals, or seizures imposed by customs or
regulatory authorities.
Order Processing
• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days
• Processing times may be extended during peak periods, product launches, or promotional events
• Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. holidays
Bomber LD USA Inc. reserves the right to delay, hold, or cancel any order for verification, fraud prevention, inventory limitations, or operational reasons.
Delivery Estimates
All delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
• U.S. Standard Shipping: Typically 3–7 business days after shipment
• International Shipping: Varies by destination, carrier, and customs processing
Delivery may be affected by factors beyond Bomber LD USA Inc.’s control, including carrier disruptions, customs delays, and force majeure events.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once an order has been dispatched, where available.
Tracking accuracy and updates are provided by the carrier and are outside the control of Bomber LD USA Inc.
Returns & Membership Program Alignment

Risk of Loss & Title Transfer
All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract.
Risk of loss and title transfer to the customer upon Bomber LD USA Inc.’s delivery of the order to the carrier, not upon delivery to the customer.
Bomber LD USA Inc. is not responsible for:
• Lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once transferred to the carrier
• Delivery failures or errors attributable to the carrier
Customers are responsible for initiating claims directly with the carrier where applicable.
Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
Bomber LD USA Inc. is not liable for:
• Delays or failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Delivery to an address provided incorrectly by the customer
Additional charges may apply for address corrections, reshipments, or delivery interception requests.
Refused, Returned, or Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or deemed undeliverable:
• The customer remains responsible for all shipping costs, duties, taxes, and carrier fees
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Any refund issued may be reduced by all incurred costs
International shipments that are abandoned or rejected due to unpaid duties or non-compliance are not eligible for refund.
Fraud Prevention & Shipping Restrictions
All orders are subject to fraud screening and risk assessment.
Bomber LD USA Inc. reserves the right to:
• Refuse shipment or cancel orders deemed high-risk
• Require additional verification prior to shipment
• Restrict shipping to certain addresses, regions, or customers
Orders associated with fraud indicators, prior disputes, or policy abuse may be canceled without notice and may be ineligible for reshipment or support.
Force Majeure
Bomber LD USA Inc. is not liable for delays or failure to fulfill shipping obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
• Carrier failures or disruptions
• Customs processing delays
• Weather events or natural disasters
• Labor disputes
• Government actions or regulatory restrictions
Right to Refuse Service
Bomber LD Inc. reserves the unrestricted right to:
• Refuse service
• Cancel orders
• Restrict platform access
for any reason consistent with applicable law.
Right to Modify
Bomber LD USA Inc. reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without
prior notice.
